President's Report -
Hi Ladies, it’s August and we're dark but still busy. Our 4th of July Bar-B-Q turned out to be a success; and Our Pork Dinner was spectacular. On the 18th Of July at the Stand Down our Lady’s Auxiliary donated their time to serve the food and we gave 30 large bags of clothes, plus a monetary donation. My e-mail was down for 23 days so I missed the Opportunity to make it to the Dist. Organizational Meeting on July 19th and so did all my officers.
The first District Meeting is on August 2nd at Post 149 in Escondido at 9:00 a.m. We must attend this meeting to get all the information we missed that we need to start our year for September meeting plus our district President is coming to visit on September the 1st. . Please try to make both meetings we can car pool. I need a ride I can’t drive yet.
Thanks to all the ladies that took my place in the snack bar at Bingo.
